It's TULIP Time!

Are these the most beautiful tulips in the world? We think so! Last fall, in weather similar to what we are experiencing now, we planted small tulip bulbs with great anticipation. Some of the varieties we planted were new to us; some were old favorites. But still, as the weather has warmed, we’ve been so anxious to see what these beautiful tulips will look like. Let’s just say, they did not disappoint!

While we’re at it… We also have rooted dahlia cuttings and extra dahlia tubers from our dahlias. These aren’t what you will find for sale at stores around here😉 — these are time-tested varieties that are specific for cutting and long vase life. Both tubers and cuttings can be planted once the weather warms up. However, because of the chill in the air, we’ll bring these out at a later date! We’ll keep you posted!
